With over 14 years of experience in IT and cloud platforms, CKS envisioned building the most affordable yet highly advanced cloud service for educational management—and that’s where the journey began.

As SIPSNITYA began to take shape, C K Sreegith pushed the mission beyond city schools to include rural and underserved institutions. Driven by his belief that technology should be accessible to every educator, he led the effort to build simple, practical tools that could lighten workloads and improve communication for schools of every scale. One of the turning points in C K Sreegith’s journey was the launch of the SIPSNITYA Platform Tool. Instead of locking schools into expensive, time-consuming customizations, he envisioned a way to put control into their hands. The platform enabled institutions to tailor screens, workflows, formats, and behaviour through simple front-end configuration—eliminating 98% of the need for paid development. The Leap Into a True Cloud Platform

The next transformational milestone came with the launch of SIPSNITYA Version 3. This wasn’t just another release — it marked the evolution of SIPSNITYA into a fully cloud-native educational ERP, capable of scaling effortlessly and adapting to schools of every size. With V3, the product matured into a true platform — secure, flexible, and always improving — paving the way for institutions to adopt modern, always-available technology without infrastructure costs or complexity. It was a bold step forward, setting the foundation that would later fuel Edupi’s rise.

Spreading Wings to the East

2021 marked a major expansion phase with operations extending into East India, anchored from Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This strategic move brought the platform closer to schools across the region, strengthening support and accelerating adoption in emerging education clusters. Establishing a presence in the east reinforced the mission of making modern, affordable digital solutions accessible to institutions well beyond metro cities.

Shortly after the Bhubaneswar launch, Jamshedpur was identified as the next natural growth point. With a rapidly evolving education ecosystem and strong demand for digital transformation, the city became an early success story in the eastward journey.

Coming Together — Partner Conclave

2022 marked a defining milestone with the first-ever National Partner Conclave hosted in Mysuru, where channel partners from across India gathered to share ideas, vision, and momentum. The event became the launchpad for a deeper nationwide presence, as the brand officially flagged off its channel-led outreach strategy. During this exciting period of collaboration and shared purpose, operations expanded into several new regions — including Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Kerala, Uttarakhand, and Maharashtra — accelerating adoption and enabling thousands more educators to access modern digital tools. The Mysuru conclave didn’t just celebrate growth; it unified a community committed to transforming education together.

2023 marked a breakthrough moment with the introduction of Artificial Intelligence into the platform, leading to the launch of SIPSNITYA Version 4, the first fully AI-enabled education ERP of its kind. This evolution empowered schools with intelligent automation, smart content generation, predictive insights, and learning support features that previously felt impossible in everyday school operations.
